FAQ'S for
Home Buyers

What you need to know...

1. Do I really need my own agent? Can't I just call the person on the sign in the front yard and make an appointment with them?

2. If I work with just the listing agent, won't I save half of the commission?

3. Is it necessary for me to sign a buyer's representation agreement?

4. If I see a home I want to buy, should I give a lowball offer just to leave room for negotiations?

5. I think I have decent credit but I have no idea how much house I can qualify for. Can my agent tell me?
